Freshmen and TransfersWe invite domestic freshmen and transfers to apply online. If you prefer, you may also use the SUNY Application Viewbook or the SUNY Plattsburgh paper Application. Applications receive optimal consideration when submitted by January 15 for the fall semester, and by November 1 for the spring semester. Candidates are encouraged to apply early. International StudentsIf you are an international student (not a United States citizen and not a permanent resident of the United States), you must use the international application to apply for admission.
